Do you want to get rich? Do you want to stand out from all the million other startup wannabes? Here is the third way:

How to do it: You set up a barber shop. You then cut hair. You only cut hair.

But what sets me apart?: You don't talk to the customer. You don't tell him that what he wants is useless, that there is only one hairstyle that suits him. You don't talk about Z-list Bollywood actors. You don't play the worst radio station in the city at volume 11.

You don't know it all.

Money?: Once you have gained fame in the neighbourhood as the only non judgemental barber in the world, start the evil plan. Whenever someone pays you the designated amount (say Rs. 30) you look sad and disappointed. Next time he shows up to have his hair cut, start talking. Start with an analysis of the latest hike in fuel prices, then convince him that baldness is what he always needed to win the woman of his dreams, and then start playing the Bhojpuri special show on radio.

Do this for ten minutes. Then stop, slowly take out Rs. 30 from your pocket, wipe your nose with it, and throw it away. The customer will pay you at least Rs. 100 from then on, in return for your continued silence. If you did not actually ask for the money, it's not blackmail, it's tipping.

Possible variations: If you can drive cars better than you can cut hair, there's a lot of money to be had as a quiet taxi driver, someone who doesn't offer his views on the latest issue of national importance today.
